§ 40-14-607 — Applicability of Administrative Procedure Act
Wyoming·Title 40 Trade and Commerce·Ch. 14 WYOMING UNIFORM CONSUMER CREDIT CODE·Art. 6 ADMINISTRATION
Except as otherwise provided, the Wyoming Administrative
Procedure Act applies to and governs all administrative action
taken by the administrator pursuant to this act.
