§ 40-14-105 — Severability
Wyoming·Title 40 Trade and Commerce·Ch. 14 WYOMING UNIFORM CONSUMER CREDIT CODE·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any
person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not
affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and
to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
