§ 22-14-107 — Tabulation of count
The unofficial tabulation indicating the vote by precinct shall
immediately be transmitted by the county clerk to the secretary
of state. These unofficial tabulations shall be tabulated by the
secretary of the state. The secretary of state shall provide
procedures for such transmittal through rule and regulation.
