§ 17-14-1008 — Action by secretary of state
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 14 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS·Art. 10 FOREIGN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS
The secretary of state may bring an action to restrain a foreign
limited partnership from transacting business in this state in
violation of this article.
