§ 7-13-915 — Disposition of body
Wyoming·Title 07 Criminal Procedure·Ch. 13 SENTENCE AND IMPRISONMENT·Art. 9 EXECUTION OF DEATH SENTENCE
The body of any prisoner who has been executed shall be decently
buried at the expense of the state, unless the body is claimed
by any relative or friend in which case the body may be
delivered to the relative or friend for the purpose of burial.
