Text
(a)The administrator of the state penal institution shall
keep a person sentenced to death in solitary confinement until
execution of the death penalty, except the following persons
shall be allowed reasonable access to the prisoner:
(i)The prisoner's physician and lawyers;
(ii)Relatives and spiritual advisers of the
prisoner; and
(iii)Persons involved in examining a prisoner
believed to be pregnant or mentally unfit to proceed with the
execution of the sentence.
