§ 7-13-405 — Field services administrator; hiring of agents

(a)The department has general supervisory authority over
state parolees and over probationers for whom the sentencing
court requests supervision under W.S. 7-13-410.
(b)The director shall appoint a field services
administrator. The department shall:
(i)Keep records of all persons placed on parole or
probation under the supervision of the department;
(ii)Cooperate with probation and parole officers of
other states in the supervision of parolees and probationers
from other states; and
(iii)Consult and cooperate with the courts and
institutions of the state to develop plans and procedures to
administer the probation and parole laws of the state.
(iv)Repealed by Laws 1992, ch. 25, § 4.
(c)The field services administrator, with the approval of
the director, shall coordinate the hiring of
