§ 7-13-404 — Computing remainder of sentence for parole violator
Wyoming·Title 07 Criminal Procedure·Ch. 13 SENTENCE AND IMPRISONMENT·Art. 4 PROBATION AND PAROLE GENERALLY
In computing the remainder of the sentence to be served by a
parole violator, credit shall be awarded toward his original
sentence for any portion of the time that the person has not
violated a condition of parole between his release on parole and
his return to the institution unless the board directs
otherwise.
