Text
(a)A parolee is in the legal custody and under the
control of the board and may be returned to the custody of the
department for violation of a condition of his parole.
(b)Unless otherwise ordered by the board or when the
parole violator is ordered to complete a sanction under W.S. 7-
13-1801 through 7-13-1803, a parole violator shall be returned
to the custody of the department to serve the remainder of the
original sentence.
(c)The board shall consider imposing a sanction under
W.S. 7-13-1801 through 7-13-1803 before ordering a parole
violator to be returned to the custody of the department to
serve the remainder of the original sentence.
