Text
(a)This chapter does not apply to any taking or damaging
of property for which a utility is entitled to compensation
pursuant to:
(i)Other applicable law;
(ii)The constitution of this state or of the United
States; or
(iii)A binding agreement inuring to the utility's
benefit.
