§ 40-12-706 — Private remedies
Wyoming·Title 40 Trade and Commerce·Ch. 12 CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 7 EXTERIOR STORM DAMAGE REPAIR CONTRACTS
Any person who violates this article shall be subject to the
remedy provisions relating to unlawful trade practices provided
in W.S. 40-12-108 and 40-12-109.
