Text

(a)The state has exclusive jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this act.
(b)An individual may institute a civil action to recover damages for injury or loss sustained as the result of a violation of the provisions of this act.
(c)Any person who attempts to exercise jurisdiction over land secured under this act in a manner not permitted by the laws of the state is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than two (2) years nor more than ten
