Text

(a)The election shall be conducted under the law governing school elections and on an election date authorized under W.S. 22-21-103. The ballot shall state the proposition to be voted upon, the amount of the proposed special levy and shall contain a form for voting substantially as follows: "Shall an additional special tax of not to exceed .... mills be levied for the purpose of maintaining a program of adult education?"  Special levy-YES  Special levy-NO
(b)If the majority of the votes cast in the election are "special levy-YES", the tax shall be levied, collected and disbursed in the same manner as other school district taxes.
