§ 37-11-102 — Conditions precedent to issuance of certificate

No certificate of public convenience and necessity shall be issued by the department of transportation to any person authorizing operation, as a common carrier by aircraft in Wyoming intrastate commerce, unless and until the applicant shall have submitted to the department a certificate, signed by the director of the Wyoming aeronautics commission, to the effect that the applicant has complied with the laws of the United States, the laws of the state of Wyoming, and the lawful rules, regulations and orders, respecting safety of operations; and the provisions of the "Uniform State Law for Aeronautics", with respect to the right to use airports, airlanes and aircraft as necessary in order to properly conduct the proposed operations and observe proper standards of safety in the operation or n
