Chiropractic practitioners shall observe and be subject to all state and municipal regulations relating to the control of contagious and infectious diseases and shall, as to any and all matters pertaining to public health, report to the proper health officers the same as other practitioners.

If any practicing chiropractor fails to pay the renewal license fee imposed by W.S. 33-10-101 through 33-10-117 within thirty (30) days after the due date, the license shall lapse. A lapsed license shall only be restored within one (1) year of expiration upon written application and payment to the board of a fee of twice the amount of the renewal fee in effect at the time the restoration application is filed
