§ 17-10-211 — Existence
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 10 COOPERATIVE MARKETING ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 2 PROCESSING COOPERATIVE
(a)The existence of a cooperative shall begin when the
articles are filed with the secretary of state.
(b)A cooperative shall have a perpetual duration unless
the cooperative provides for a limited period of duration in the
articles of organization.
