§ 17-10-103 — Formation
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 10 COOPERATIVE MARKETING ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 1 IN GENERAL
Five (5) or more persons, qualified electors of the state of
Wyoming, engaged in the production of agricultural products may
form a nonprofit, cooperative association, with or without
capital stock, under the provisions of this act.
