Text
The provisions relating to confessions of judgment shall apply
so far as practicable to an offer made by the plaintiff, and in
the discretion of the court, may be applied to one (1) or more
of several causes of action, counterclaims, cross-claims or
setoffs, and the court shall make such order as to costs as it
deems proper.
