Text
(a)The secretary has the power reasonably necessary to
perform the duties required of him by this act including the
promulgation of rules and regulations necessary to carry out the
purposes of this act.
(b)The secretary shall set and collect filing, service
and copying fees to recover the costs of providing those
services and administering this act. Fees shall not exceed the
costs of providing these services and administering this act.
