(a)Registration of a mark is effective for a term of five
(5)years from the date of registration and, upon application filed within six (6) months prior to the expiration of such term, in a manner complying with the requirements of the secretary, the registration may be renewed for a like term from the end of the expiring term. A renewal fee set in accordance with W.S. 40-1-116, but not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and payable to the secretary, shall accompany the application for renewal of the registration.
(b)Renewal periods.-A mark registration may be renewed for successive periods of five (5) years in like manner. All applications for renewal under this act, whether of registrations made under this act or of registrations effected under any prior act, shall include
