Text
Any party in interest or any person or party authorized under
chapters 9 through 11 of title 37 to file for an original
hearing before the department of transportation may appeal to a
hearing panel appointed by the transportation commission in the
same manner, and to the same extent, as provided in the Wyoming
Administrative Procedure Act.
