Text
An action shall not be brought against the sureties on any bond
given by a guardian or conservator unless it is commenced within
five (5) years from the discharge or removal of the guardian or
conservator, but if, at the time of the discharge, the person
entitled to bring an action is under any legal disability to
sue, the action may be commenced at any time within five (5)
years after the disability is removed.
