Text
(a)As used in this act, unless the context otherwise
requires or unless otherwise specifically noted:
(i)"State superintendent" means the state
superintendent of public instruction;
(ii)"State board" means the state board of
education;
(iii)Repealed by Laws 2015, ch. 30, § 4.
