Text
(a)An application for a decree under W.S. 2-1-205 shall
be filed as follows:
(i)If the decedent was a resident of Wyoming at the
time of his death, in the county of which the decedent was a
resident;
(ii)If the decedent was not a resident of Wyoming at
the time of his death, in a county in which any part of the
estate is located.
