Text
(a)On application of a party or an order of the court,
the arbitrators may modify the award:
(i)When there was an evident miscalculation of
figures or description of a person or property referred to in
the award;
(ii)When the award is imperfect as to form not
affecting the merits of the controversy; or
(iii)For the purpose of clarifying the award.
(b)The application shall be made within twenty (20) days
after delivery of the award to the applicant. Written notice
shall be given promptly to the opposing party, stating he must
serve his objections within ten (10) days from receipt of the
notice. The award as modified is subject to the provisions of
W.S. 1-36-113, 1-36-114 and 1-36-115.
