Text
(a)The writ of execution against the property of the
judgment debtor issuing from any court of record shall command
the officer to whom it is directed that he shall collect the
money specified in the writ from the real and personal property
of the debtor.
(b)An execution issued on a judgment rendered against a
partnership by its firm name shall operate only on the
partnership property.
(c)The amount of the debt, damages and costs for which
the judgment is entered shall be endorsed on the execution.
