Text
The authority may at any time pay off and discharge in full all of its indebtedness, obligations and liabilities, convey the airport properties, appurtenances and facilities to the county commission and be dissolved. Before making such conveyance of its properties, the authority shall give notice of its intention to do so and of its intention to be dissolved, and said notice shall be published as a Class I-0 legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of article three, chapter fifty-nine of this code, and the publication area for such publication shall be the county. Affidavits from the publishers of the newspapers showing such publication shall be filed with the county commission before the deed conveying said properties is delivered.
