Text

(a)Notwithstanding any other provisions of this code to the contrary, licensees may sell, tender, and serve alcoholic liquors by the drink and as otherwise authorized by the provisions of §60-1-1et seq., §60-8-1et seq., and §60-8A-1et seq. of this code, other than in sealed packages, for consumption on the premises of the licensees, to their members and their guests in accordance with the provisions of this article, rules of the commissioner and as authorized under §60-6-8 of this code. The licensees may keep and maintain on their premises a supply of those lawfully acquired alcoholic liquors in such quantities as may be appropriate for the conduct of their operations.
