§ 60-10-1 — Enforcement authority; jurisdiction
West Virginia·Ch. 60 STATE CONTROL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS·Art. 10 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY RELATING TO RETAIL SALE OF SELECT PLANT-BASED DERIVATIVES
The commissioner is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of §19-12E-1et seq. of this code and §19-12F-1et seq. of this code, as relating to retail sales.
