Text

The commission shall prescribe records to be kept by licensees and shall require regular reports at least every thirty days of the amounts and kinds of alcoholic liquors manufactured, sold, or kept in stock under the authority of a license issued according to the provisions of this article. Records which the licensee is required to keep shall be open at all reasonable times to inspection by the commission or its agents.
