§ 5D-1-1 — Short title

West Virginia·Ch. 5D PUBLIC ENERGY AUTHORITY ACT·Art. 1 PUBLIC ENERGY AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA

This chapter shall be known and cited as the "West Virginia Public Energy Authority Act."
