§ 5B-10-1 — Short title
West Virginia·Ch. 5B ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1985·Art. 10 WEST VIRGINIA DEVELOPMENT ACHIEVEMENTS TRANSPARENCY ACT
This article shall be known and cited as the “West Virginia Development Achievements Transparency Act” or the “West Virginia DATA Act”.
