West Virginia·Ch. 44C UNIFORM ADULT GUARDIANSHIP AND PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS JURISDICTION ACT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
A court of this state may treat a foreign country as if it were a state for the purpose of applying this act.
