§ 35-5A-7 — Inconsistent provisions

West Virginia·Ch. 35 PROPERTY OF RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS·Art. 5A PERPETUAL CARE OF AND TRUST FUNDS FOR CEMETERIES

The provisions and requirements of this article shall take precedence over and shall supersede any other provisions of this code which may be inconsistent therewith.
