§ 35-1B-3 — Exemption of Health Care Sharing Ministries from the Insurance Code

West Virginia·Ch. 35 PROPERTY OF RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS·Art. 1B HEALTH CARE SHARING MINISTRIES FREEDOM TO SHARE ACT

A health care sharing ministry may not be considered to be engaging in the business of

insurance for purposes of chapter 33 of this code.
