§ 31G-1-14 — Legislative rule-making authority
West Virginia·Ch. 31G BROADBAND ENHANCEMENT AND EXPANSION POLICIES·Art. 1 BROADBAND ENHANCEMENT COUNCIL
In order to implement and carry out the intent of this article, the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development, at the direction and recommendation of the council, may propose rules for legislative approval, pursuant to the provisions of §29A-3-1et seq. of this code.
