Text

(a)Licenses. -- The commission shall issue a license to be employed in the operation of racetrack table games to a person who meets the requirements of this section.
(b)License qualifications. -- To qualify for a license to be employed in the operation of West Virginia Lottery table games, the applicant shall be an individual of good moral character, honesty and integrity, and have been offered employment by the racetrack table games licensee contingent upon licensure pursuant to the provisions of this section. The commission by rule may establish different specific requirements for each job classification that may be created by the commission to recognize the extent to which a particular job classification has the ability to impact the proper operation of West Virginia Lottery table ga
