Text

All land owned or leased by the department pursuant to this article shall be titled in the name of the public land corporation of West Virginia but shall be controlled, administered and supervised by the department. The secretary may sell or dispose of any real or personal property which, in his or her opinion, does not have sufficient prehistorical, historical, archaeological, architectural or cultural value to justify its retention. The secretary shall have the power to make and promulgate rules and regulations relating to the general management and administration of this article.
