Text
"Operator" means a person holding an operator’s license granted under this article by the commission allowing the person to:
(1)Own or lease a specified number of video lottery terminals from one or more manufacturers;
(2)service and repair those video lottery terminals;
(3)enter into contracts with limited video lottery retailers for placement of those video lottery terminals in a restricted access adult-only facility located on the premises of the limited video lottery retailers; and (4) operate limited video lottery terminals as a limited video lottery retailer, subject to the provisions of §29-22B-503 of this code.
