Text
The term "budgetary processes" in Article 2(C)(2) of the Compact shall be construed to include the presentation by the Commission of its proposed budget for each fiscal period to the budget office of the department of finance and administration for study and consideration, and each such budget shall include a statement of moneys required to administer, manage and support the Commission during the ensuing fiscal period. The statement shall include any request for appropriation of funds by the State of West Virginia and shall be accompanied by a tabulation of similar requests which the Commission makes or expects to make to each other signatory party, and the formula or factors upon which such respective requests are based.
