Text
(a)The Insurance Commissioner shall establish a program to require the acceptance of disbursements by electronic transfer from the funds created in §23-2C-1et seq. of this code to employers, vendors, claimants, and all others lawfully entitled to receive such disbursements.
(b)The Insurance Commissioner may establish a program to require payments of deposits and other funds into the funds created in §23-2C-1et seq. of this code by electronic transfer of funds.
(c)The Insurance Commissioner may establish a program whereby invoices and other charges against the funds created in §23-2C-1et seq. of this code may be submitted to the Insurance Commissioner by electronic means.
(d)Any program authorized by this section must be implemented through a rule promulgated by the Workers’ Compensa
