§ 23-1-18 — Insurance Commissioner employees not subject to subpoena for workers’ compensation hearings

West Virginia·Ch. 23 WORKERS' COMPENSATION·Art. 1 GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
No employee of the Insurance Commissioner shall be compelled to testify as to the basis, findings, or reasons for any decision or order rendered by the employee under this chapter in any hearing conducted pursuant to §23-5-1et seq. of this code.
