Text
In addition to any administrative penalty provided for violation of any provision of this article, any person who violates any provision of this article for which another penalty is not provided in this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $5,000, or confined in the county or regional jail not less than fifteen days nor more than one year, or both.
The arrest procedures authorized in section four, article nineteen, chapter seventeen-c of this code shall apply to the enforcement of the provisions of this article.
