Text
(a)The resources of the West Virginia Impact Fund, the Investment Committee and the Mountaineer Impact Office may not be used to finance or influence political activities.
(b)A public official, or an immediate family member thereof, shall not intentionally or knowingly hold a financial interest in any project pursuant to this article, or hold a financial interest in a holding company, affiliate, intermediary or subsidiary thereof that owns an interest in a project authorized pursuant to this article, while the individual is a public official and for one year following termination of the individual’s status as a public official. For the purposes of this section, the term “financial interest” does not include ownership of shares of mutual funds or other similar investment instruments in
