West Virginia·Ch. 12 PUBLIC MONEYS AND SECURITIES·Art. 1C FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ENGAGED IN BOYCOTTS OF ENERGY COMPANIES
The provisions of this section do not apply to the duties, actions, and transactions of the West Virginia Investment Management Board as set forth in §12-6-1et seq. of this code.
