§ 12-1B-1 — Short title
West Virginia·Ch. 12 PUBLIC MONEYS AND SECURITIES·Art. 1B WEST VIRGINIA SECURITY FOR PUBLIC DEPOSITS ACT
This article shall be known, and may be cited as, the West Virginia Security for Public Deposits Act.
