85(1) (1) An action to collect an old-age assistance lien filed under s. 49.26 , 1971 stats., prior to August 5, 1973, must be commenced within 10 years after the date of filing of the required certificate under s. 49.26 (4) , 1971 stats.
85(2) (2) No claim under s. 49.25 , 1971 stats., may be presented more than 10 years after the date of the most recent old-age assistance payment covered by the claim.
