843.02 No action for possession of real property shall be barred or delayed by reason of any alienation or conveyance by a defendant to any other person after the commencement of the action; no action for damages for withholding rents and profits shall be barred or delayed by reason of defendant’s alienation or conveyance to any person before or after the commencement of the action.
