616.77 Every service contract, executed, issued, or delivered in this state shall be made in duplicate, and shall be dated and signed by the company issuing the service contract and by the party purchasing the service contract, and one copy shall be kept by the company, and the other copy shall be delivered to the party purchasing the service contract.
