480.26 480.26(1) (1) Any person who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated under this chapter may be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months or both. 480.26(2) (2) In addition to or in lieu of the penalties under sub.
(1)and the remedies under s. 480.24 , any person who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated under this chapter may be required to forfeit not more than $1,000 for each separate offense. Each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
